2. Onsite installation, deployment & test (Per Storage) 2a. Pre-Installation Planning and Preparation Understanding Client Needs:Discuss the client's storage requirements (capacity, performance, availability, etc.). Understand current infrastructure, existing hardware, and software. Identify potential integration challenges. Verify compatibility with the client's existing servers and network. Site Preparation:Ensure the server room has adequate power, cooling, and physical space for the new SAN hardware. Consider any cabling requirements and network configurations. Documentation and Communication:Create a detailed installation plan with timelines and milestones. Communicate clearly with the client about the process, potential disruptions, and any required downtime. 2b. The Installation Racking and Cabling:Install the SAN hardware into the server rack (following best practices for weight distribution and cable management). Connect the SAN components with the appropriate cables (SAS, Fibre Channel, etc.). Power Up and Basic Configuration:Power on the SAN hardware and perform initial configuration tasks (IP addresses, basic network settings). Drive Configuration and RAID:Configure the drives (including partitioning and formatting) and set up RAID levels (if applicable) based on the client's storage requirements. Connectivity Testing:Test the connection between the SAN and the client's servers. Verify data transfer rates and overall performance. 2c. Integration and Testing SAN Integration:Integrate the new SAN into the client's existing network infrastructure. Configure zoning to control access to the storage. Application Compatibility:Ensure applications can access and utilize the new storage effectively. Terms and conditions

1. This quotation is valid for 30 days with effect from the date of this quotation.
2. Full payment shall be done upon signing his quotation.
3. All payments should be paid in Hong Kong dollars.
4. Cheques payable to “DJR Digital Limited” and sent to Unit A07, 11/F, The William Industrial Building, 23-25 Ng Fong St, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
5. Bank deposit to “DJR DIGITAL LIMITED”, HSBC Account no. #747-160638-838.
6. This agreement cannot be cancelled, full payment of the contract total is liable to be paid by the client upon signing of this agreement.
7. DJR Digital Limited shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect loess, in connection with the depreciation of Customer’s revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatever caused as a result of the customer’s use of the service provided herein.
8. **Maintenance of website includes server monitoring, server availability, bug fixing, settings amendment and minor website amendment. Additional charge may apply for any structural changes for the website and additional quotation will be issued before the commencement of work.
