Project: (RFQ-FL00122CL) Provision of Website Hosting Migration and Cloud hosting with relatives' maintenance and support services to 30 April 2025 for Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre Limited (FLAIR)
- Website to be migrated and maintained: https://www.hkflair.org
- Website type: Wordpress, myphp / mysql or equivalent database used
- Hosting type: Google GCP, VM and IP services, A minimum 4V CPUS + 4GB Ram of VM will be equipped
- Compliance: ISO 27001:2022 https://cloud.google.com/security/compliance/iso-27001
- SSL certification installation and renewal www.flair.org SSL certificate ( Organization Validation (OV) Level) – A first 12 months certification will be provided
- Shared 100 Mbps including local (HK) and international bandwidth (1Gb will be provided, by selecting the CPU Type E2) https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/network-bandwidth
- Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS) (Please refer to the content of ISO22301:2019) https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/data-security/
- Hardware/software/web application firewall protection will be provided by the GCP VM, OS-level firewall, additional software firewall dedicated for wordpress – Wordfence will be provided as well
- Real time anti-virus protection on the servers shall be provided – Including 12 months On-premises anti-virus software license
- Daily backup, backup data will be kept for 7 days
- 24 X 7 Security control
- 24 X 7 system health monitoring and alert shall be provided (Alert software will be installed and report system level alerts to dedicated email)
- 99.9% up-time guarantee
- Service end date: 30 Apr 2025
Tentative Schedule of Migration:
Day 1: Prepare new hosting
Day 2: Perform Existing Site checking
Day 3: Prepare Migration and start migrate top new host
Day 4: Perform site checking after migration at new host
Day 5: Confirm its go to go and adjust DNS settings, change the domain name record from old host to new host
(Downtime of the website will be occurred due to DNS update, usually resume with 12 hours.)
Maintenance:
- Periodic updates to the Server OS, CMS, and plugins, perform update and security patches
- Continuous website and CMS support, provide user guide for general content update
- Provide website content update, including update content, upload images and videos, and place to the predefined content area
- Column and page update (Unless auto generating by system, new page will be not included, separate quotation will be provided for related work)
- Menu and category update (Unless auto generating by system, new page will be not included, separate quotation will be provided for related work)
- A service level of 8*5*4 for content update, and 24*7 for service monitoring, a 4 hours response time for service enquiry and 2 hours response time for service related issues
